For in vitro quantitative determination of D-D in Plasma.
CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE
It is mainly used to exclude the formation of venous thrombosis, the auxiliary diagnosis of disseminated intravascular coagulation and monitoring of thrombolytic therapy.
ASSAY PRINCIPLE 
D-dimer in serum react with antibody latex particles react, resulting in the increase of particles. Then, light scattering would increase accordingly. The increased intensity of light scattering is positively correlated with the content of d-dimer in the sample.The concentration of D- dimer is obtained by measuring the change rate of light scattering.
