The product made from medical grade paper + PE/PP laminated transparent film +chemical indicators. The product use for packing instruments which need sterilization and provide a sterile barrier system in a certain amount of time after finish sterilization.
The unique medical grade paper is resistance of bacteria and microorganisms, but the sterilization agents can well permeate inside to degerm bacteria and microorganisms.
PE/PP laminated transparent film can bear high temperature and clearly see inside instruments.
Chemical indicators will help end user to check the sterilization process is completely.
Self adhesive tape can provide edge sealing after pack instruments without sealing machine.
  1. Choose suitable size to pack instruments.
  2. Place instrument inside and ensure 1/3 capacity without cover.
  3. Please ensure the instrument without sharp corner or done protection to prevent the packaging be poked.
  4. Remove the adhesive protective slip, fold and seal the packaging completely.
  5. Well position the packaging in sterilizer without stack to allow good circulation of sterilizing agent.
  6. To open,peel back from sealed section to allow aseptic opening and presentation of instrument.
