Meihua Culture Bottle is providing the reproduction of bacterium with nutrition and growth factor by culture media, which consist of nutrient substances such as peptone, yeast and vitamin etc in the culture bottles. As bacterium’s growth in the culture media will generate carbon dioxide, if there are bacteria in the tested specimen, with reproduction of bacteria, the generated carbon dioxide will turn the color of sensor at bottom of culture bottle from aquamarine into yellow, the growth of bacteria can be detected by checking color by equipment.
