Flash Robust HotStart DNA Polymerase is obtained by molecular evolution based on Taq DNA Polymerase, which can resistant to blood and other inhibitors. Using antibody blocking, by adding extension factor, it has ultra-high amplification efficiency, with the amplification speed of 5-15sec/kb for genomes within 3kb, and 1sec/ kb for simple templates, with good amplification sensitivity and specificity. The blocking antibody will be irreversible inactivated by heating 30 seconds at the pre-denaturation temperature. Combined with optimized buffer, it has higher template affinity, and can effectively inhibit the nonspecific amplification 。
