This reagent uses high negative coincidence rate of antigen antibody reaction and immunochromatography technology for color detection principle. The carbon label pad contains carbon nanoparticles labeled rabbit monoclonal antibody against the N protein of novel coronavirus (NCOV) (referred to as carbon label rabbit antibody). During the test, the sample is lysed in the extract, drops are added to the sample pad, and the capillary effect is analyzed to the upper layer. After the sample enters the carbon label pad, the carbon-labeled rabbit binds to the 2019-NCOV N protein (if any) in the sample, and thus binds to the mouse anti-2019-NCOV N protein coated on the T line in the test area. If the concentration of NCOV N protein in the sample is higher than the critical value, a black band will appear in the T-line position. If the concentration of NCOV N protein in the sample is lower than the critical value or there is no NCOV N protein, the carbon-labeled rabbit anti-antibody without binding N protein will not be bound by the antibody on the T line in the test area during the chromatography process, and no band will appear on the T line. Carbon-labeled rabbit anti-antibody that is not bound by T-line mouse anti-antibody will bind to sheep anti-rabbit IgG antibody coated by C-line in the quality control zone, forming a black band. Therefore, the black band shown by C line can determine whether the sample is sufficient and whether the tomographic process is normal, which serves as the internal control standard of the test
